The Harvard University Choir and the Brattle Street Chamber Players present the world premiere of The Acts of the Apostles, a new oratorio by composer in residence Carson Cooman with a libretto adapted from the Bible by Matthew Burt. Starting with the first Pentecost, the work vividly tells the dramatic stories of the early Christian apostles in solos, choruses, and congregational hymns.
